Problem Koneksi Internet pada IIX (Indonesia Internet eXchange) APJII, Gedung Cyber 1.

Resolved - Diinformasikan, pada hari Minggu 12 Oktober 2025, sekitar pukul 15:00 WIB - 16:40 WIB, terjadi gangguan koneksi internet ke domestik Indonesia melalui IIX APJII.

Problem terjadi dikarenakan mati nya AC pendingin di data center APJII gedung cyber lantai 1, sehingga menyebabkan terjadinya hardware failure protection yang dilakukan hampir semua perangkat ISP yang terpasang di data center tersebut, termasuk perangkat ISP Infotek dan juga partner interkoneksi Infotek.
Hardware failure protection (reboot dan/atau shutdown) secara otomatis aktif oleh masing-masing network appliances yang terpasang di data center, untuk mencegah kerusakan fatal & permanent akibat overheat.

Problem AC pendingin sudah teratasi pada pukul 16:40 WIB.
