Batas waktu perbaikan & maintenance backbone IGG sudah selesai sejak hari Minggu 29 Juni 2025, pukul 17:32 WITA.
Sampai dengan saat ini koneksi internet sudah berjalan normal kembali, dan sudah melewati batas waktu schedule perbaikan.

Sejak sekitar pukul 17:32 WITA, koneksi internet sudah berangsur normal kembali.
Latency di backbone Manado - Singapore sudah kembali normal di sekitaran ~40ms.
Koneksi internet saat ini masih dalam monitoring pihak upstream.

Please find the latest update for IGG Cable System BU1-BU1a repair activity as below:
1. Cable ship already at fault location and fault localization has been completed
2. Cable handling and recovery has been completed
3. Cable splicing has been completed
4. Final testing is on progress
Overall the repair activity is still on track with a target completion date of June 30, 2025.
Please also be noted that the repair work is subject to weather and technical condition.
We will regularly update the repair progress.

Problem terjadi pada backbone upstream dari/ke Singapore, terdeteksi sejak sekitar pukul 1:39 WITA, Selasa 24 Juni 2025.
Koneksi internet dari/menuju Singapore, termasuk Indonesia dan negara sekitarnya, saat ini terdampak melambat dengan latency +300ms.
